I feel a bit down after reading this;

The Appendix: Useful and in Fact Promising

Yeah, I got mine removed a couple of years back. I didn;t even have appendicitis but because of other complications that happened at the same spot as where appendix is located, the surgeon removed my appendix.

At that moment, he KNEW my appendix was doing great. Nothing;s wrong with it.

"Oh, kebetulan dah cut, saya pon buanglah appendix dia".

That's what he told my Mum when we went to see the surgeon for a follow-up appointment. My mum threw in to a fit! Hah. Padan muka kau.

But still, won't get me my appendix back. Sobs.
